I have provided, to the best of my knowledge, what we are sending in to be processed. I further understand that this is vigorous cleaning and that older aged equipment may sustain marking or other imperfections aesthetically, however, that the integrity of the equipment will remain in tact. If repairs are required I further acknowledge that I will be contacted and will direct Hockey Clean how to proceed based on costs versus calculated replacement cost. In providing this consent I agree to the pick up and return of my equipment and that any additional repairs will be an additional cost to the service offering.
