Velcro no longer sticking? Broken straps or something else? We can fix it. Takes a bit longer, but we can fix it. $35/HR+HST.

Dull wheels? Be sure to let the staff know you want your skates sharpened and the hollow you prefer. $12+HST.

What should I leave in the bag?
Leave everything in your bag, no need to pre-sort! We handle all your laundry needs, from delicates to hockey gear, with a thorough, no-nonsense approach.
Built to Tackle Tough Gear:
- Soft Goods (Jerseys, socks, etc.): While our cleaning process isn’t gentle on dirt and grime, we understand some equipment requires special attention. That’s why aged or older items get extra TLC to ensure a deep clean without unnecessary wear and tear.
- Hard Goods (Skates, helmets, etc.): We take a hands-on approach with specialized tools and good old-fashioned elbow grease to get your equipment sparkling clean.
No Hidden Fees for Reasonable Extras:
Don’t worry about counting socks or gloves! We get it, a complete hockey kit has a lot of pieces. We won’t nickel and dime you for a few extra items. However, large quantities (more than 2 of any item) may incur a small fee ($2.50-$10.00) depending on the item. We’ll let you know at the time.
How quickly can I get my gear back?
Drop-Off/Pick Up Window: Drop off your equipment on Monday, Wednesday, or Friday between 10:30AM and 12:30PM.
Need it Faster? Opt for our 24-Hour Rush Service for an additional $25 + HST.
Friday Drop-Off? Get your gear back the following Monday within the same timeframe.
Is my equipment insured?
Don’t sweat a thing! Hockey Clean takes full accountability for any damage caused to your equipment during our cleaning process. We’re so confident in our rigorous procedures that we offer complete replacement or fair compensation if an issue arises on our watch.
Here’s why your gear is in the best hands:
- Eagle-Eyed Inspections: Every piece of equipment undergoes a meticulous inspection upon arrival. We photograph everything, and any existing damage is documented before we start cleaning. This ensures complete transparency.
- Communication is Key: We believe in keeping you informed. If any issues are found during the inspection, you’ll receive a detailed email with photos highlighting the problem. You’ll always be aware of your equipment’s condition.
Am I able to speak with Hockey Clean when I use the Dry Cleaner drop off about repairs?
Not only can you talk to us then, you can talk to us at any time you need customized work completed, an answer to a question, specific repairs or alterations to your equipment. Call, Text or email us and you will be taken care of.
Drop Off Time & Pick Up
Gear Dropped off before 10:30AM will be processed for pick up two days later.
For example, if you drop your gear on Monday before 10:30Am you will be able to pick up after 10:30AM on Wednesday. But, if you dropped your gear at noon on Monday you will get your gear back on Friday after 10:30AM.
Gauge your time according to your game and practice schedule to ensure you don’t miss a beat! Also, keep in mind, if you need repairs to give yourself the extra two days time for that work to be completed. For example, drop your gear off on a Monday before 10:30AM and your gear will be cleaned and repaired for pick up on the Friday of the same week. If repairs will take longer, we will notify you of it and why.
